This research and consultation project among the Black and Minority Ethnic communities in Donegal, was undertaken with Donegal Intercultural Platform, in the context of a wider Cultural Diversity project, completed between 2017 and 2019 by Donegal County Council, Mayo County Council (Lead Partner) and South Dublin County Council, under the Arts Council’s Invitation To Collaboration Scheme.
